About Sydney Airport

Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport is an international airport in Sydney, Australia located 8 km south of Sydney city centre, in the suburb of Mascot. It is the primary airport serving Sydney, and is a primary hub for Qantas, as well as a secondary hub for Virgin Australia and Jetstar Airways.

Options from Sydney Airport

The SMC Conference & Function Centre is conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD, with impressive access via public transport (train, light rail, and bus). The following two options are recommended to come from the Sydney Airport.

  • By Train: The Airport link connects Domestic Terminals T1 & T2 and International Terminal T3 with most city stops, including Museum, Central and Town Hall Stations. The closest station to the SMC Conference & Function Centre is the Museum Station (350 metres or a 4-minute walk) and then the Central or Town Hall Station (both 650 metres or 7-minute walk).
